By subscribing to any hosting package with Reverend Studios (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following terms:

1. Custom Hosting Solutions: Custom packages are tailored to individual needs and are governed by separate agreements and pricing structures. These may include unique service terms, billing arrangements, or deliverables not covered in standard hosting tiers.

2. Scope of Services: Each hosting tier includes the services explicitly listed. Work beyond the included scope—such as custom development, advanced troubleshooting, or content creation exceeding the allotted monthly hours—may incur additional fees. We’ll always communicate these costs transparently before proceeding.

3. Domain Registration: Free domain registration is available for domains priced at $20/year or less through Hostinger. If you select a premium domain, additional charges may apply and will be communicated prior to registration.

4. Content Updates: Monthly content update hours are non-transferable and do not roll over. Unused time expires at the end of each billing cycle.

5. Billing & Cancellation: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 72 hours’ written notice. Cancellation requests can be submitted via email or through your client portal.

6. Refund Policy

• Monthly Subscriptions: If you cancel mid-cycle, we’ll issue a pro-rated refund based on the remaining days from the cancellation date.
• Yearly Subscriptions: Annual plans include discounted pricing and upfront setup. If canceled early, we’ll refund 50% of the unused months remaining in your term.

7. Website Migration: If you bring an existing website, we’ll assist with migration and setup. Please note that compatibility and performance may vary depending on your platform, theme, and plugins. We’ll advise you on any limitations or adjustments needed.

8. Security & Maintenance: We perform regular updates and basic security monitoring to help keep your site stable and secure. However, clients are responsible for:

• Complying with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., copyright, privacy, accessibility)
• Ensuring content accuracy

9. Third-Party Services: We use Stripe to process payments securely. By subscribing, you acknowledge that your payment and contact information will be shared with Stripe for billing purposes. Stripe handles this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and we’ll notify you of significant updates via email or your client dashboard.
