Legacy Terms & Conditions — Reverend Studios, LLC

1.1 Custom Work

All websites created under the legacy structure were custom-designed according to the client’s brand, content, and requirements. No refunds are issued for work already completed, including design, development, content creation, revisions, or setup services.

1.2 Ownership

Legacy clients retain ownership of their website files once the original project payment was completed. Hosting services do not affect ownership.

2.1 Hosting Structure

Legacy hosting is billed yearly and includes basic maintenance, uptime monitoring, and security updates. This hosting structure is separate from our current Performance Growth Plans and Dual Growth Strategy.

2.2 Termination

Either party may terminate yearly hosting at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, hosting will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.3 Refund Policy for Yearly Hosting

Refunds for yearly hosting are issued only for unused hosting months. The refund amount is calculated as:

Remaining hosting months ÷ 2 = Refund amount

This refund policy applies only to hosting fees. No refunds are issued for completed work, including design, development, content creation, maintenance already performed, or setup services such as GBP setup, email setup, or ad account setup.

3.1 Google Business Profile Setup

Legacy clients who received Google Business Profile setup acknowledge that this service was completed at the time of delivery. No refunds are issued for GBP setup or optimization work already performed.

3.2 Email Setup

Email setup services—including domain email configuration, forwarding, and mailbox creation—are considered completed work once delivered. No refunds are issued for email setup services already completed.

3.3 Ad Account Setup

Legacy clients who received Google Ads account setup or integration acknowledge that this service is non-refundable once completed. This includes account creation, tracking setup, conversion configuration, and campaign structure advisement.

4.1 Included Maintenance

Legacy hosting includes basic maintenance such as plugin updates, security patches, and uptime monitoring. Major redesigns, new pages, or SEO work are not included and may incur additional fees.

4.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing updated content, images, and access credentials when needed. Delays in providing required materials may extend timelines for updates or maintenance.
