Refund Policy — Reverend Studios, LLC

1.1 No Refunds on Custom Work

All website design services provided by Reverend Studios, LLC are custom-built. Because each project requires time, planning, development, and design work tailored specifically to the client, all payments made toward custom website design are non-refundable.

1.2 Work Already Completed

Payments cannot be refunded for work already completed, partially completed, or in progress. This includes design drafts, layouts, content integration, animations, revisions, and development work.

2.1 Non-Refundable Payments

Monthly payments made toward a website under a Monthly Payment Plan are non-refundable. These payments cover hosting, maintenance, and continued access to the website during the payment period.

2.2 Early Cancellation

If the client chooses to cancel their Monthly Payment Plan early, all payments already made are non-refundable. To obtain ownership of the website files and domain, the remaining balance must be paid in full.

3.1 Non-Refundable Monthly Fees

All Performance Growth Plan payments (Bare Minimum, Mid‑Tier, and High‑Tier) are non-refundable. These plans include ongoing work, monitoring, reporting, and optimization performed throughout each billing cycle.

3.2 No Refunds for Services Rendered

Because Performance Growth Plans involve active monthly work such as content updates, GBP optimization, SEO monitoring, and Search Console reporting, payments cannot be refunded once the billing cycle has begun.

4.1 Hosting Fees

Hosting fees paid to Reverend Studios, LLC are non-refundable. Hosting is billed monthly and covers server resources, security, monitoring, and performance management.

4.2 Self-Hosting

If a client chooses to self-host their website, no refunds will be provided for previous hosting or maintenance payments. Reverend Studios, LLC is not responsible for performance issues, downtime, SEO loss, or GBP ranking changes caused by self-hosting.

5.1 Guarantee Requirements

The 90‑Day Dual Growth Strategy Guarantee requires:

• Website hosted by Reverend Studios, LLC
• Active Performance Growth Plan
• Full GBP access granted
• No DNS or hosting changes by the client
• Client follows recommended posting schedule

If any requirement is not met, the guarantee is void and no refunds will be provided.
